Kerry Indev Deploys Third Party Logistics (3PL ) Solution and Services to one of the world’s largest Korean based Technology and Consumer Durable Giant

We Run the NPC-2(National Parts Centre) Operations for our corporate client in Chennai. This dedicated facility is spaced over 1,50,000 sqft of space and is categorised into various Zones like Zone A – Sensitive Small parts, Zone B – Small Parts, Zone C – Non Moving parts , Zone D – Heavy HDR, Zone E – Bulk & Block Storage. This facility caters to 65,000+ SKUs ranging from parts or replacements for TVs, Refrigerators, Air conditioners, Washing Machines and Handheld products including mobiles. We Operate on Client’s SAP System and adhere to their defined SOP. This is one of our most complex operation with stringent KPIs and strict inventory tolerances and fast Turnaround time. We have milk run vehicles and biker deliveries associated form this WH catering to entire state and service centres. We are running this operations for more than 7+ years and are proud to be associated with the client.

Kerry Indev runs Freight, Primary Warehousing and Distribution with RMA (ReverseMaterial) Operations for one of the world’s largest Electronics Giant. This facility is a dedicated clean air con space for this Hong Kong-China based corporate Entity having headquarters in Bangalore. We deploy more than 24+ Engineers who performs Functional Testing on the product. Other than running the Primary Warehousing running in multiple locations for Finished Goods, this is one of the critical services that we run for them in Chennai. We get the defective mobile phones picked up from the Authorised and Direct Service Centres and receive them in the RMA centre, SKUs ranges more than 4500. On Receipt of cargo we do Visual checks, barcode scanning, Segregation and binning. Then we run the Functional Testing and posting result in client portal and if parts are repairable the same is dispatched to Repair Centre or to be scrapped. The same is again managed by Kerry Indev through the registered E-waste management vendor of the client. All our Engineers are trained by the client regularly and periodically. We take pride to run such critical operations with successful execution.
